1. Who we are

F&G Strategy Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for the F&G Strategy Academy. We are registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17129409). Contact: info@fgstrategy.co.uk.

2. What we collect

The Academy is a public reading site. We do not require an account to access any content. We collect:

  • Analytics data via Google Analytics (page views, device type, approximate location, referrer). Google sets cookies for this purpose — see our Cookies notice.
  • Email correspondence if you contact us at info@fgstrategy.co.uk, limited to what you send.
  • Local progress for study-guide and module progress is stored in your own browser (localStorage). It never leaves your device and we cannot see it.

3. Lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) to operate and improve a free educational website, and on consent for non-essential cookies.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with Google (Analytics) and our hosting provider strictly to deliver the site.

5. Retention

Analytics data is retained for the default Google Analytics period. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to respond.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. To exercise these rights email info@fgstrategy.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
